Our experience in manufacturing and installing PVCU products allows us to guarantee that all white PVCU products will keep their colour, shape and strength and resistance from atmospheres containing salt (as long as you regularly wash the products with warm soapy water). This guarantee will last as long as you own the property, up to a full 25 years.

Fifteen year Guarantee.

All sealed units are guaranteed for a full 15 years or as long as you own the property.

Ten year Guarantee.

We also guarantee the quality of your installation against poor workmanship for as long as you own the property, up to a full 10 years.
On Conservatories we guarantee for 10 years all structural building work carried by Crossland Conservatory Division.

Transferable Guarantee

In addition to the terms and conditions of the guarantee detailed, we further guarantee that should you sell your home we will transfer the guarantee to the new owners for a total period of 10 years, effective from the date of installation.*

Please note that this guarantee does not cover faults or defects that arise from work that we have not done for you. For example, if you build your conservatory base, the guarantee does not cover the faults in the base or any faults or defects in your conservatory that are caused directly or indirectly because the base is defective.

*Applications for guarantee transfer must be made within 28 days of the date of transfer of ownership of your home. An administration fee of £100 plus VAT is payable for guarantee transfers. This fee will cover the cost of an inspection carried out by Crossland to ensure that the guarantee conditions have been met. Crossland reserve the right to refuse the transfer if our inspection reveals that the guarantee conditions have not been met.
